Large, powerful mammals with well-developed social skills and great intelligence. Large herds of up to 100 baboons can be spotted, lead by an aggressive and strong male. Females bring stability to the group. Baboons are notorious for stealing food at lodges and campsites, so watch out!

Habitat: Woodland savannah and mountain areas
