Kholle House offers three room categories:

Prestige Suites: Get the royal treatment by choosing our very best, The Kholle House Prestige Suite. Spacious suites furnished in Swahili or French-Creole decor, en-suite bath, seating area, and private balcony with stunning views.

Deluxe Rooms: Large rooms furnished in Swahili or French-Creole decor, en-suite bath, view and two with private terrace.

Classic Rooms: Quaint rooms with Zanzibarian bed, en-suite bath. One with terrace and one with easy ground floor access.

Built in 1860 by Princess Kholle, the daughter of the 1st Sultan of Zanzibar, Kholle House provides a glimpse into the life of a Zanzibarian Princess. Nestled in the heart of Stone Town, Kholle House stands as a quiet oasis offering you a private sanctuary from the bustling city life. Our ten room luxury boutique hotel is designed in an elegant fusion of Swahili and French-Creole.
