Had the time of my life!!
I cannot thank Shadows of Africa enough for organizing Safari in Amboseli National Park and Masai Mara. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and had the best and shortest routes in mind in the park so that you do not miss out of the action.

We exclusively got to witness a group of Cheetahs hunting which was nothing short of Box Office Entertainment.
Shadows of Africa even took care of minute details like diet preferences to ensure that we had the best food during the safari.

Custom Safari. Two words, I wanted to start with because they were the only people who were able to design a custom Safari, to meet our timeline requirements. Maasai Mara and Serengeti were our destinations. Karen Maki was even able to squeeze in Ngorongoro crater and Amboseli national park, into our 11 day itinerary.

Our trip would have been so incomplete without these 2 destinations. Flight transfers were a breeze. No time was wasted. We stayed at great hotels. I have left the best part for the last. George (Maasai Mara and Amboseli) and Derrick (Serengeti and Ngorongoro) were fabulous guides. Both had their unique traits.

George had years of experience and was able to show us a lot of animals. Derrick through his youthful exuberance, was able to make sure we didn't miss any sightings. He was able to take us to any place there was a sighting. We left with such great memories. We loved Kenya and Tanzania. Fabulous lands. We were amazed by the people we met. We returned with a new perspective of the land and it's people. Only disappointment was not being able to visit the Olduvai gorge.

Mr. Elijah: Took time for us and gave all the details about our trip. Mr. Steve: Mr. Moody: and Mr. George: Our safari driver & guide, they are such amazing people with nothing in their mind but to help you to enjoy your safari. My husband has a problem with his eyes and all 3 of them hold my husband's hand & guide him. And also guide me and my husband getting in & out of the van. Let me tell you they go out of their way to help you. ( we thank you for all the help)
