From the stage of inquiry, Shadows of Africa always gave prompt response and show us the willingness to hear as much opinion as possible. Since what I gave priority is, private and tightly scheduled(in order to go many NP instead of city tour), en-suite accommodations, the reservation team reflected my favor and offered perfect itinerary. Even they kept checking my satisfaction of each hotel/lodges and status of pick up place & schedules. After we arrived at Tanzania, Ben was also so attentively care for all our schedule and tour plan, even our health conditions.
I am so grateful for having a tour with our best driver, Alex. He is so nice and warmhearted man, who gave the energy and positive feelings to us, every moment we were at the Tanzania. He knew exactly what we want and tried his best to meet our needs. We miss him so much!

Gerald Killian was are guide and he was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, resourceful, and was invested in our experience. We saw so many different animals up close (daily) and experienced the Wildebeest migration. After our safari, Shadows arranged our trip to Zanzibar, staying in luxury accommodations in Stone Town and then in an all inclusive resort on the northern coast for some rest and relaxation. It was a trip of a life time, and Shadows of Africa made it happen!
