Each villa has the following facility:

  • A master bedroom, and two twine bedrooms all en-suite, fully air-conditioned, with wardrobe and dressing facility; 
  •  Fully equipped modern kitchen facilities; 
  • Air-conditioned dining and living area with DStv, wide screen desktop computer, dedicated broadband and wireless internet connection; and. 
  • A family room and a veranda overlooking the beach and the deep blue seas beyond.


From the veranda one would enjoy the soothing view and comfort of the ocean – You may also enjoy similar view from your bedroom!! The villas are in a compound and surrounded by beautiful palm trees, verdant gardens and are separated by a swimming pool and a rock garden. Other facilities include: open kitchen for barbecue and traditional dishes; servant quarters; parking and open dining area. Visit the Gallery for a full view of the facilities. Short Overview

Modern private Villas are located at Matemwe-Kilimaju village, north east of Unguja Island, Zanzibar; approximately 40Km or 30 minute drive from Stone Town, Zanzibar. The Villas are situated in a sunny, white sand beach off-shore from the world-famous Mnemba Island, whose circling reef has some of the best snorkeling and diving locations in East Africa.
